EXCHANGE – REPAIR – RETURN POLICY AT HAGA SMARTECH

I. EXCHANGE

 

1. Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange period: within 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Products must have original seals, tags, and be unused, with the original purchase invoice.

  • Customers may exchange products for different sizes, styles, or due to manufacturing defects.

  • Exchanges apply only to full-priced products or discounted items via gift cards. Products purchased in promotional programs or previously exchanged are not eligible, except in cases of technical defects.

2. Product Value for Exchange:

  • Exchanged products must have a value equal to or higher than the original purchase.

3. Processing Time:

  • Immediate exchange: within 1 day (24 hours)

  • Exchange for manufacturing defects: within 3 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays)

4. Cases Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Conditions above are not met.

  • Products appear new but show signs of dirt, scratches, missing or damaged accessories due to external factors after purchase.


II. REPAIR

 

1. Repair Conditions:

  • Only simple repairs are performed; complex repairs that may alter the original design are not accepted.

  • Products purchased in promotional programs are not eligible for repair.

2. Repair Costs:

  • HAGA covers the repair cost for all full-priced products.

3. Processing Time for Repairs:

  • Standard repair: up to 3 working days from the customer’s request.

  • Other cases are subject to agreement between the customer and HAGA.


III. RETURN

 

  • HAGA does not accept product returns for cash refunds under any circumstances.
