HAGA's warranty is also an agreement between HAGA and the customer. This agreement has the legal validity to ensure the interests of the customer and HAGA.



1. Genuine products (distributed by official distributors from manufacturers in Vietnam): Warranty based on activation date. The warranty period starts from the date of product purchase and is fully written on the purchase invoice

2. For Components and accessories, HAGA has a warranty from 03 months to 24 months depending on each product and clearly noted in the Purchase invoice.

3. For computers, monitors, HAGA warrants according to the date the customer buys goods at the Company and is clearly shown on the Purchase invoice.

4. For HAGA products directly sold to the customer, or products distributed by HAGA, the warranty period will be 3 days or 12 months:

- In the first 3 days of use, the products that have any hardware failures, will be immediately exchanged for another product (in the same condition as purchased)

- For 12 month  warranty: hardware and software.



  1. HAGA does not accept warranty in case of not providing purchase information to the company such as invoice, phone number via online registration, failure to prove problems related to HAGA's warranty regulations and suppliers.
  2. Product’s serial number has been removed or defaced.
  3. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports.
  4. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact or other external cause.
  5. Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
  6. Product has been tampered or disassembled not by HAGA technicians.
  7. Locked by iCloud and other security hardware lock.



  1. For checking to see if the problem is a manufacturer defect. If applicable, the product will be reset to its original software and settings using the latest manufacturer software. All personal data will be lost.
  2. It may take from 48 hours up to 7 days in rare cases to determine the reported problem, especially intermittently problems.


When the problem is confirmed under warranty

  1. Within the first 3 days of purchase, a same-condition product at the time of purchase will be given to exchange the defective product. A new phone for a new phone, a second-hand phone will be exchanged for another second-hand phone.
  2. Customer will be given a temporary product during the service if requested.
  3. A whole brand-new original internal part will replace any defective part excluding mainboard.
  4. A new condition product will be offered if product’s mainboard is found defective or HAGA can not fix the problem after 14 days excluding holidays.



  • Haga is not responsible for loss, recovery, or compromise of data, programs or loss of use of equipment.
  • Valid HAGA's Retail invoice (given at the time of purchase) or phone number is required to perform any service under warranty. Without those, HAGA has the right to refuse giving any service.
  • HAGA warranty is based on the date of purchase from HAGA, manufacturer’s warranty or activated date.
  • Activation lock (such as Find My iPhone on apple products) on the product, if exists, must be off.
